Assigning Alternative tax classification

Dear All,

I have created alternative tax classification , but i used the symbols >,< and [ . now i fear of running out of even special characters as new tax structure is going to come in next one month.Please advice a permanent solution to address this. can i delete old entries created and used 2 or 3 years ago. will any transaction get affected by deleting the old ones. if deleting is not a option then how should i accommodate the new entries which are going to come in future.

Hi,

you can Keep it as it is and Create a New ones with Numeric and change the Records with Effective start Date
