not able to see earlier measurement documents

I have an Equipment in reference to which documents are created since 2005 in its history.

and each time delivery is created measurement documents gets created, which can be seen in reference to existing measurement points in normal scenario.

but for a particular equipment last measurement documents available are of year 2014 and 2013 only. All the earlier measurement documents cant be seen in Equipment or in IK17.

Are they deleted or can be seen somewhere?

Check IK41 & mention the equipment then execute.

Please make sure the measurement documents have been created for those years.

Are you getting any message while executing that transaction??

a pop-up window is coming of title - 'Archive Administration: select file for read program'

but it is blank no data is coming in window.

how to be sure if measurement documents were created or not is there any other place i can see meas. docs.

measurement docs i created newly are created on creation of delivery.

in some cases measurement documents can be seen in IMRG table but not all meas docs. are visible in equipment. so not sure even they are archived.

As Archival of SAP Records is very critical activity, log should be maintained by the respective people. So, cross check with them if you have anyone.

Else, I don't think you can figure out the solution.
