SPAM upgrade ERROR in PI

Hello,
we are trying to upgrade the SPAM on the PI SAP EHP 1 for SAP
NetWeaver 7.1 this is installed in windows with the DB MSSQL 2012.
the SPAM is in 7.11/0030 int#1 and we try to upgraded to the SPAM/SAINT
Update - Version 7.11/0052 but we are geting this error:
the import was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase
IMPORT_PROPER, which the Support Package Manager is unable to resolve
without your input.
After you have corrected the cause of the error, continue with the
import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue from the initial
screen of the Support Package Manager.
The following details help you to analyze the problem:
- Error in phase: IMPORT_PROPER
- Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE
- Return code: 0008
- Error message: OCS Package ALL, tp step "6", return code 0008

Check the PAM for what you are installing and make sure you have the right level of KERNEL

Hi Alejandro,
Firstly just re-import the spam again and check whether it's successful.
Let us know is this a new system (fresh installation ) or you performed refresh activity on it with some other data.
Also take help from your DBA and check whether 'str_default' is exist with correct schema/owner in DB side.

i already try to reimport and i get the same message.
this is a fresh installation, i check the 'str_default' and i get this message:
sp_help str_default;
Msg 15009, Level 16, State 1, Procedure sp_help, Line 79
The object 'str_default' does not exist in database 'PIM' or is invalid for this operation.
that means that the
how can i solve this issue?

Hi Alejandro,
Hope you follwed the below mentioned sap note when installation /configuration MS SQL 2012
1676665 Setting up Microsoft SQL Server 2012
1651862 Release planning for Microsoft SQL Server 2012
Also re check whether all the required minimum patch for software component are same in your system as mentioned in 1651862. If all are good in your system then just raise a SAP message.

Hi Palazon,
Did you try to re-import the SPAM update.
Support Package -> Import queue from the initial screen of the Support Package Manager.
Basically SPAM update will get ended up with an error first time. The next re-import will get completed.
