FontManagerService_native.zip is empty

Hi All,

We are using our enterprise portal for ADS. Everytime we restart the system, the FontManagerService_native.zip file is becoming empty, file is existing, but size is "0", in the /usr/sap/SID/JC<sys#>/j2ee/os_libs.

There is a workaround we can perform everytime we encounter this, but we feel that this shouldn't be a normal behaviour of the system.

Do anyone encounters the same scenario? Please advise how did you resolve this. Thanks.

Hi

In our case this problem was caused by the heap size of the bootstrap JVM being too small to successfully extract the file from the database.

Check the bootstrap logs and increase the heap size in the configtool if necessary.
