Hi,
While doing a force move out (with move-in of anoher customers), we are facing the below issue on ECRMREPL.
According to table ECRMSETTINGS, product DUMMY has no master data template
CRM contracts/products without an MDT cannot be generated from CRM
Transfer of CRM transaction 12345 item 0000000010 to IS-U unsuccessful
Transfer of CRM transaction 12345 item 0000000010 to IS-U unsuccessful
Contract changes from CRM noted for contract items
However ECRMSETTINGS is populated with the product and also the MDT is active. The CA is replicated and only Contracts are faiing.
The issue is that some of the contracts are getting replicated without any issues(Even the forced move-out/ins) and some are failing.
Any inputs to solve this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi Arun,
Since you are talking about forced move-out, it should involve a move-out of the old customer and a new move-in for the new customer. If you break this problem in two parts, you have to ensure that the normal/isolated move-out or the contract end is working fine and normal/isolated move-in or new contract is also working fine. Use similar data set as the forced move-out scenario; same MRU.
Looking at the error message you mentioned, it is not very clear what could be the possible problem. Is there any scenario of releasing of security deposit while forced move-out for example? is there any new security deposit creation with new contract?

Ambarish

Hi,
I guess this problem occur due to more than 1 MRU on customer.
If so let me know.
