Messages to ccBPM stuck in "Message being sent" status

Hello All,

We have a scenario which is ECC - PI - ccBPM. The BPM once triggered does other tasks. We have over 600 messages stuck in Sent Status in triggering the ccBPM from our ECC system. Can you please let us know how to how to restart the process ?

"It shows clock icon with Message Being Sent Status"

Hello,

Open ur BPM instance and check why they are stuck?

go to SMQ2 and try to restart BPM queues.

We don't see any stuck messages in smq2. Is there a tcode to restart stopped BPM. We have 600 odd messages waiting in "Message being Sent" state

If it is in error then try executing "Continue Process Following Error"

The process status is "Message beingg Sent" with a clock icon highlighted in the image below.

We ended up deleting these messagesand retrying again since there was no way to release these messages. Thanks everyone for your help.
