Activating Excel Integration for Planning Data in T.code KEPM gives dump

Former Member

Hi all,

In t.code KEPM, when we activate Excel Integration for Planning Data and try to execute a plan, it gives a short dump with the following message:

-

Runtime Errors RAISE_EXCEPTION

Date and Time 20.03.2007 03:53:50

Short dump has not been completely stored (too big)

Short text

Exception condition "DATA_SOURCE_ERROR" raised.

What happened?

The current ABAP/4 program encountered an unexpected

situation.

Error analysis

A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLCNDP" raised the excepti

condition "DATA_SOURCE_ERROR".

Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior

program, processing was terminated.

Short description of exception condition:

No Data Available

For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use

Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called

function module from the display of active calls.

You may able to find an interim solution to the problem

in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,

please use the following search criteria:

"SAPLCNDP" "RAISE_EXCEPTION"

or

"SAPLCNDP" "DATA_SOURCE_ERROR"

or

"RKEPLKEPM " "DATA_SOURCE_ERROR"

Now, we have two ECC 6.0 servers with the same patch level etc. On one server it runs fine, while on the other it gives the dump.

(The planning data has been transported from the first server, in which excel integration works, to the second server, in which it gives a dump)

Can someone help me with this? Is there some configuration thats i need to make for it to work? I have searched a few OSS notes for the dump, but none relate to our problem.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Regards,

Angad
