Can you suggest in which scenarios this can be used?

do you mean ( Mobiliser + Sup + Syclo ) combine together to form as SMP 3.0 ? Are there any other added features to this ?

Hi Kunnu,

It is mostly used for any B2C scenarios like, Banking, integration with Payment gateway and Loyality programs etc.

As Srinivas mentioned it is basically for B2C scenarios. And yes, SMP 3.0 is an unified product of SUP, Syclo, Mobiliser.

Are there any other added features to this ?

features to SMP 3.0 or Mobiliser?

Augmented reality based solutions are developed using smart devices, ex. Smart glass. The device will have an OS, ex. Android. The device OS is supported by SMP hence applications can be developed for these devices too. Apart from this, separate SDK will be provided by these smart glass vendors that you need to use during the development of applications in order to use the features of the device.

Thanks for the info , I guess augmented reality can also be performed with  mobile devices by using some third party SDK s like Wikitude - The World's leading Augmented Reality SDK .

What actually i am  looking is , are there any similar third party tools integrated with SMP 3.0 to develop similar applications. .

3D visualization is supported via SAP Visual Enterprise: http://www.sap.com/solution/lob/r-and-d/software/product-visualization/index.html

Mobiliser is a robust channel agnostic (Mobile/Web/M2M etc.) platform developed using OSGI platform. The platform provides Development (SDK Server/Client[Hybrid]) and SOA based Run-time environments to develop and deploy value added services and expose them as oData (Data centric) and SOAP/JSON (Process/Integration centric) -- this platform provides an ability to keep Channel (Mobile/M2M/Web etc.) specific details close to the channel and helps keep the back-end services channel agnostic. Based on the history of Mobiliser from Sybase time -- it was only used for developing Financial Applications (Reference app was specifically geared towards FS) but the platform is capable of handling any business scenario. I hope to see more of Mobiliser integration in SMP 3.0 because it has the capacity to design and host data + workflow (process oriented) applications.

Sybase mobiliser is a platform similar to SUP, but its only meant for mobile commerce applications. It has set of standard capabilities used in mCommerce solutions, thereby it helps to reduce the code of mobile operators and banks. Some of the solutions are mobile banking mobile money and mobile wallet.
