Issue with Launchpad

Former Member

Hi,

I have created a customer specific launchpad by copying the standard launchpad for Access management.

Now my problem is the folder name is acting as a link here and when user clicks it it says there is no valid target found. Do we have an option to disable that as a link?

Hi,

You can change this link into text. Please, check the following note:

1851321 - Not able to click on Link Groups/Header Link in NWBC

You have to do some manual activities.

This looks to be the solution.  I will try it and let you know.

Thank you very much!

Hi Raju

have you double-clicked on the folder in LPD_CUST to see what parameters/definitions it has?

I am facing the same issue.  The properties of the folder appear to only give the abilities to pass parameters to called applications.

I think what we are both looking for is a way to make the folder name not appear (and function like) a link.

Dave

I should add that when the folders are clicked on my ESS or MSS pages (also created in LPD_CUST) they bring up a second page that gives a list of the "quick links" that are in that folder.

The problem page is GRC Home and it is a standard SAP supplied page.  Hope that helps to give some more info...
