Dear Expert

Service master Long text need to upload

I have entered in LSMW direct method object '0001'& method '0001' program name '/SAPDMC/SAP_LSMW_IMPORT_TEXTS'

and

object "ASMD"

ID "LTXT"   

TEXTFORMAT '*'

still shows error as invalid text object (check table TTXOB) how to rectify that?

have you looked into table TTXOB e.g. with SE16? do you have there a ASMD?

go to your service master and open the long text in the editor, then check via menu GOTO > header  what Text object is shown

in service master system don't accept to open and edit SAP editor

go into the change mode, then click the word processing icon above the text window.  I get then the editor and can choose GOTO > Header  to see what it is.

you did not answer what you saw in SE16 at table TTXOB (looks like you are not under pressure to get this solved)

Text Object : ASMD   are exist in word proc edit mode. then still I receive the error. let me know y?

what do you see with SE16?

I really do not understand why you cannot answer this simple question.

And please do not use SMS speak, it is still "why" instead of "y"

ASMD

LTXT  were I entered in small character. I changed that into caps, it become solved.

my final doubt is..?

text length will be for how much? and from where we can find the length
