Hi experts,
I did read about, that there is also the possibility to create guided procedures in IT-Servicedesk Solman 7.1.
I mean, that I can create a guided procedure, in which the end user can go step by step and create with this an incident or request for change.
But where can I find a guide for this?

Hi,
Guided procedure is part of technical administration, where technical monitoring, RCA, IT Task management involved, hence you can create guided procedure from techmon, rca workcenters.

could you please check, if can update the link where did you read about IT service management integration with GPA.

Please click on "create indicent" and you can see the demo system, in which you can use a guided procedure for the creation of incidents.
