TR is set with Header status E automatically

Hi,

We have an issue that once the Process ORder is released a TR is created in the Background.

But thie TR is created with 0 quantities and we can find the Header Status with E- Processing Complete

Kindly can you tell me how system does this action and why does the TR change to 0 quantities

Hi,

With respect to the material staging to production the TR is getting created when you release the process order. Check the related customization settings in SPRO for the Warehouse - Production Integration to determine the automatic TR creation.

Also check your components, bill of material and control cycle settings.

Hi ,

The Issue is not with the TR creation after Material Staging.

As per Scheduling Profile, the TR is generated once the Process Order is released.

The issue we have it the TR gets created with 0 quantities. and also the Header Status of the TR is E.

What makes the system do this?
