Hi All,
we are facing a couple of problems with a new Afaria server.
PROBLEM 1: during the enrollment phase using an Apple iPad, the custom Afaria client application is pushed to the device but is not installed. The returned error is (error notified in device console “The application it.omet.afariaclient is not managed”). It returns also an error accessing (access denied 401) the AFARIA PACKAGE SERVER component either during the application pushing process (device console/Afaria console) or accessing the Afaria Client on the iPad device.
PROBLEM 2: during the enrollment phase of the Apple devices the custom application configured into the Afaria policies are not automatically installed into the device. The returned error is related to the AFARIA PACKAGE SERVER component (access denied 401). The Afaria system is configured with Windows Authentication using a specific domain.
Afaria is patched to SP04 FX01.
Any hint?
Thank you very much.

SOLVED - fixed a problem on PS windows dir authorizations (very strange problem...)
It is not a definitive solution but a workaround.
