Dears,
we are trying to configure the Service Level Reporting on Solution Manager 7.1, patch level 5 for the ST component.
The interested satellite system is an Abap only istance, rel. ECC604 stack 8.
The EWA document for this system are already in place and they works fine.
Our problem is the following:
the SLR document is generated but the section " Monitoring Objects from CCMS" does not display any data and instead says for the several object the string :
" Error N. 1 For details see Sap note 872569"
or
"Error N. 4 For details see Sap note 872569"
We read and checked the note several times but we are unable to find out why these data are not displayed on the SLR; everything seems to be properly configured.
In RZ23N we see the data collected and availables, and the jobs are running.
In RZ20 we are using the MTE Class "Sap CCMS Technical Expert Monitors".
We suspect the root of the problem is because into the "Setup Service SL Reporting" for our solution and for our system into the tree for the item 'Monitoring Objects from CCMS' -> 'Monitoring System' if we select "CEN System" we did not see the SID of the system for which we are configuring the SLR.
We see among the others SID a row with a question mark '?'.
The problem is that we are unable to find out why this question mark appears, or where it is supposed to be fixed.
Any advise ?
Best regards and thanks in advance
Hi Roberto,
As a first step I would go through SAP note 944496 and make sure eveything is ok according to this note. Make sure you are selecting the correct Application Scenario and make sure your schema is also correct.
Kind regards,
Roland

Thanks for the feedback.
Checking the note we find out in RZ20 we have two context, “sp2n55” and “sp2n55_SRV_00”.
The data are updated for the Context “sp2n55” but not for the context “sp2n55_SRV_00” that’s where the SLR reporting is supposed to
read data, as we understood.
We do not know from where the sp2n55 context come out.
We try to disable that node, but anyway the second Context continue to remain without data.
See the attachment.
Regards
Hi Roberto,
As per the error Error No.: 1 1
Reason:
The MTE nodes of the indicator are not maintained in SLR Customizing (anymore).
Solution:
Maintain the corresponding attribute in the SLR setup. The indicator is taken into account in the next SL report.
Please can you check the SLR Setup and maintain the correct Context/MTE nodes.
Kind regards,
Roland
Thanks for the feedback.
Please as you can see in the picture below we are unable to modify the context into the SLR setup.
So we are forced to use the context "sp2n55_SRV_00", instead of "sp2n55" where we have the correct data .
Infact the MTE node with the operating system data is into the context "sp2n55".
How we can modify it ?
Best Regards
