Installation of Dialog Instance (Linux)

Hello experts,

we are having already Dialog Instances on HP-UX (Oracle).

Now we would like to install a further dialog instance, but this should be on Linux-Machine.

My question is, is there a kind of a quick guide which I can use for this?
Or do I have to read the big documents which are stored on SMP?

Heterogeneous setup.

Follow the standard installation guide for the additional dialog instance installation.

no need to go through the complete guide but just read the Dialog instance related information from the installation guide.

check note 1067221 for supported platforms.

- Export and mount global directories (profile, global) do not export/mount 'exe' as this will be created during the dialog instance installation.

then start the installation using the sapinst...
