Hi Guys ,

I faced a new error during the Solman stack upgrade  preprocessing phase , please help me  to fix this .

Hello,

Follow the below steps to solve the issue.

1. Restart the shadow instance
2. Logon to shadow instance
3. Run report touchtab in se38 for datatype DD12V.

Note : This error occurs in the Shadow System so make sure to perform the

          above steps in Shadow System. Also above steps should only
be executed
          to DD12V table. In case, another table is inluded, do
not use the above
          steps for those tables as impact should be
evaluated first.

Now the issue was solved 🙂

Now I moved to next phases  thanks for quick reply .

may i know the root cause of the issue  if it's technical ?

I cannot tell the root cause at the moment. there can be multiple reasons. Basically

During Shadow instance DDIC has several auxiliary structures and their nametab
timestamp should be aligned with programs timestamps. This is why such errors
may happen.
