risk category difference in VBAK - KNKK

Hi all, I have the issue:

There is a difference between VBAK-CTLPC & KNKK CTLPC ( Risk category) in many customers...The risk category is the issue that is picking incorreclty.

How can happens? from where risk category iin VBAK is taken?

how can I solve it?

Hi Alex

Did you chek the change log in customers for Risk Category Field?

It can heppen if users have changed risk category in customer master in FD32 but not reorganised it in sale orders with program RVKRED09 or F.28

When you change risk category in FD32 you will get a message from SAP and if you check its detail everything would be clear that how it happens.

I found from where comes the difference: the system takes the risk category not from customer but from payer. in my case customer has 001 while payer has 002. In VBAK I have 002 from payer.

Is a standard behaviour to take the risk class from payer?

Hi

Yes it is standard behavior. Credit check is for Payers and system uses payer partner function for credit check.
