Hi Hitendra,

Any SAP Implementation should follow the ASAP methodology for implementation.

You need to understand what modules client is going to implement and based on that considering your project plan you have to start the implementation.

As each module is implemented by specific functional temam of consultant you should focus on cross module integration with each other. If everything works fine the testing phase you can go ahead to next phase.

My suggestion we have to follow ASAP methodology for implementation and complete the task as per project plan.

        sap implementation is client specific, so that client will inform u to go for sap which implementation like phased / bigbang

  phased: in this first as per client requirement gl, payables and receivable will implemented means AP & AR  remains will implement as per requirement

  bigbang: all modules implemented at time like sap fico, sd, mm, pp, pm, ps etc.......................
