Hi All,
I am new to SOLMAN 7.1.
Could you tell me the prerequisites for service desk configuration in satellite systems!!!
I have put it in the google. But not getting the thing which i want.
Please share the URL for service desk configuration, If you people know. Please send the document to my e mail id.

you can check below for step by step configuration
please note - you don't need to copy all transaction types if you want just incident management. So copy only SMIN to ZMIN or YMIN. Unless you want full ITSM setup
