Missing EWA content in SLR for Java systems

Hi All,

I have configured Service level reporting in Solman 7.1 SP08. When configuring, there are few areas which is missing in Java systems under content from EWA, when compared to ABAP systems. The missing areas are "Hardware capacity", "Key performance indicator", etc,. which is present in EWA report of Java system as well.

I want to enable the reporting for the above missing areas as well for Java system. I have few notes regarding the same and it is mentioned to update the ST-SER component. Our SolMan system is already having an latest ST-SER Component version.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi Sukanya,

Is this a pure Java system? Basically if the data is available in the Java EWA should be

available for selection in the SLR Report. However, for pure

Java only systems it can be different (see note 944496).

Thanks for your reply.

Yes it is pure Java system. As per the note the solution for this problem is having latest version of ST-SER. But we are already updated to the latest version. Still the same problem.
