Storage location selection in delivery from STO

Hi ,

I am stuck in a issue wherein, I created outbound delivery from STO using VL10B. but delivery qty came out as 0. storage location (non HU managed ) in delivery different than as stock is maintained in different storage location(HU managed). How it can be sort out

1) add new rule for storage location selection.

or

2) move the stock to HU managed storage location. ?

Hi,

It depends on your requirement like from which SLoc you want the picking to be carried out. Whether the material will be always in packed form ? or do you want to pick the materials in a non - HU managed Sloc and perform packing as a separate step in delivery.

Whether it is applicable for only certain materials / customers ?

Based on the above you can define rules for your SLoc determination such as MALA/RETA etc. and accordingly the Sloc will be determined for picking in the delivery.
