How to help customer to request an Installation Number?

Hi Folks,

How to help customer to request an Installation Number? Do you have some guide or operation manual can share with me?

Hello,

When customer buys license for a product from SAP then Installation number for that product should be created by SAP against customer number. If that is not the case, then you can raise an OSS to SAP by providing details of the product and license, they should be able to help you.

No, Just mention on OSS message about the missing installation numbers, they will check licensing, if everything will be fine, they will update the same against your customer number.
