Hi Pavan,
One more thing we need to check whether the archive directory is full in the system,Please re check this also & perform consistency check from STMS and share results.
Thanks

Hi Pavan,
Need few more checks confirmation from your end:
1) Check whether the job RDDIMPDP is runnning, else schedule the job by running the report RDDNEWPP in se38, from client 000 .
2. Share SM21 system logs.
3.Go to STMS --> Overview ---> Import ---> Go To ---> Import Monitor
You'll get a new screen with list of the imported request and you will find the request with a truck appear there , right click on it and then delete.
After that try to re import the transport again w/o tp import all options.
Thanks

Hi Pavan,
Are you doing mass transport ? I think you are using a script at OS level for mass transport of requests, please share the content of that script & ULOG file from /usr/sap/trans/log.
Thanks

Hi Pavan,
As suggested by Ram do a full restart, after that if you still faced same issue just go to --> /usr/sap/trans/tmp directory, here you'll find any *.LOB(Transport buffer lock file) and rename or moved this .LOB as like <>.LOB to < >.LOB_old & try again.
Hope this will solve your issue.
Thanks,
Gaurav
