Hi all
We are just starting to use Solman to create OSS incidents and send these to SAP. Looks to be a great feature and will definitely come in handy.
The only issue is that we have two S-Users in our business (with different levels of authorization).
SAP-OSS has been setup (Logon details) with one of these S-Users and this is working fine.
We have created a new RFC called SAP-OSS-NEW which has been setups with the second S-User.
All prerequisites have been complete (i.e. assigning person to S-User in AISUSER, setting up Parameter SAPNETUSID in SU01 etc).
However, those users with the second S-User (linked to SAP-OSS-NEW RFC) are getting below error when sending incident to SAP:
"Notification cannot be sent via RFC connection SAP-OSS and S-User"
We debugged the issue and it appears RFC SAP-OSS is hardcoded in the code.
Surely SAP support multiple connections via different accounts?? How do I get my new RFC to work?
Thanks very much!!!!!
Shaun
