Hi Experts,
I am new to SAP Solution manager and i am trying to configure ChaRM for one of our customer and i did all the basic and standard configuration and now i want to trigger an email for the status change as part of notification
However i found many blogs and discussions over this but i couldnt get the required information clearly.
Could you please inform what action profile i am required to configure in order to recive an email for the status (like created, in process....etc).
Any one configured this before...please give me an example on how to achive this.
My Solution manager is 7.1 sp08

Just choose your z* transaction type and status

When you configure ChaRM, you copied transaction type SMCR,
1. Use in sppfcadm Z* to configure action profile.
2. Chekh in DNO_CUST04, general transaction type you use
3. If you want you can contact for me, and i'll sent to you EGI sessions for configure EGI
