Hi,
Today I logged out of SCN and since I was using the 'remember me' checkbox for a long time, I forgot my password and hit the 'forgot password' button. I received a link to reset my password, but instead of resetting my password it took me to a 'Register' page. I thought this was normal and hit the 'register' button. I now see that a new user has been created with the same mail ID, and I am no longer able to use my old ID.
I have already sent a mail to the support group. Just wanted to know if this had happened to anyone before.

I vaguely remember encountering this a year ago. Offline support was able to resolve it for me (sapnetwork@sap.com). There might be a conflict with your certificates since you seem to also have an S user account (SAP partner or customer) that is capable of granting you access to SCN.
