How to install support packs in IDES 4.7EE on Windows

Hi,

Before going to apply supportpacks we need to fallow some prerequesits.

1.We need to apply latest SPAM version.It will be available in <b>service.sap.com/swdc</b>.Naming convention SAPKDxxxxx.

You need to download the package and uncar the file.Login to SPAM goto supportpackage->apply from application server.

2.We need to login TO 000 client user like DDIC.

3.We need to check enough space in EPS/IN directory.

4.No aborted packages available in your system.

5.Download all the packs and uncar the files.

6.Apply the package from front end if file size is lessthan 10mb,if file size is more than 10mb we need to apply through application layer.

7.Display and define the queue.

8.Import the queue.

This is done via Tcode SPAM/SAINT.

The sp is downloaded from service.sap.com/downloads.

Disassembeld (extracted) .

And transported.
