Compatibility NW GW @NW7.4 and Business Suite @NW 7.31

Hi all,

we plan installing a central NW Gateway on Netweaver 7.4. We have two different backend systems HCM NW7.31 SP09 and an ERP NW9.31 SP04. Does anybody has experience with such a combination? Do we have expected any problems?

Hi Dirk,

I do not see any issues with this setup. With NW 7.4, there will be component SAP_GWFND which includes IW_BEP, GW_CORE, IW_FND. But for NW 7.31, you need to install IW_BEP separately. but again, I do not see any issues with this setup.
