Hello All
We are using SAP Solution manager 7.1 SP8. We have setup service desk for the client. Now the customer has asked if it’s possible to have the ITSM link for creating tickets in the Help menu of the satellite systems GUI. So the key user would be directed to the ITSM screen and not to the small GUI screen we see now.
We are using the business role SOLMANREQU for the key user and are not sure how to make the ITSM link available in the GUI`s Help menu.
Could anyone please help?

Hi Saritha,
Do you mean that whenever a user in ERP systems for example goto sap menu click Help->create support message ..this will take to sm_crm URL right?
This is not possible via standard customization but you can do a development.
There is a single alternative solution that you can assign the sm_crm or workcenter URL via PFCG role and have this in the SAP USER MENU so they can click this shortcut from SAP menu in ERP etc and will be navigated to the same.

Search for FM HELP_START.
But yes this requires development and modification.
