General Ledger description in chinese

Hello,

GL description in SC is set in english.

But when i received the SC to approve it, the description became in chinese.

All approvers of this SC have the same issue.

Could any one help me.

Would you please attach two picutures to show the G/L account description in both conditions?(viewed directly and viewed by approver)

Meanwhile please check if the description is correct in trx bbp_pd and show it to me.

Hi,

From the attachment, it seems that the issue only happened in the email sent to approver. Am I right? Then you should check this output content via trx smartforms.(check language setting for this output)

Please also check if the following notes are applied:

1750311/1562148/1527597/1524096

Meanwhile would you please tell me if you open SC directly and go to account assignment tab to check G/L description, what language is shown?

Hi,

The issue happened only in the mail.

There is no smartform since it is SC.

I am going to implement oss 1527597 maybe it will resolve the issue.

And for your last question, it's in english.
