Consignment stock and plant abroad management

Dear All,

according to our Company Model we need to manage Consignment stock in some warehouses "abroad"  in the sense that they belong to a company whose country is different from the country of the place where they are situated (i.e Italian Company vs Consignment warehouses placed in Poland).

According to our experience, is there a way to manage this flow different from standard Plant abroad functionality?

You can consider MM-SD route for this process.  That is you treat the warehouse as a plant, stock transfer from delivering plant to this warehouse plant via MM route.  From this warehouse, normal SD process can be followed.
