Is this per thread or total? If total, how does one "recharge" this?

The  person who  raise  a  ticket  has  to  mark  as  Helpful answer .

If  the  answer   suitable  and  expecting that it will  helpful  to  him , he  will  make it as  helpful answer

I  have  seen  so  many  people  who .solved  their  issues  and  not marking  as  helpful  or  correct  answer .simply saying problem  is  Solved.

You can mark 15 helpful per thread...

When you mark a reply as helpful, then a message will shows to you

You can't mark more than 15 replies as helpful..

I hope 15 helpful is enough for a discussion...

When you create a discussion, if you get 50 replies, then after mark correct answer, no need to mark all 49 replies as helpful.

Just mark these replies as helpful which help you to solve the issue..

Yes, 15 per thread are totally enough . I was wondering if it was connected to the points one has or something else and if I might run out ouf being able to mark answers as helpful unless I get more points or something.
