Unable to login with "Username"

Hi all,

So, I have these three things which I can use any of one to login into SCN.

• Email ID
• SCN User ID
• Username

Username is the best option for me to use for logging in but unfortunately, I am getting the below error when I try to use my Username and so, I am forced to login either using Email ID or SCN user ID. Any idea why?

I followed what has been said in FAQ. Tried clearing cache, cookies etc.. but I found no luck.

Thanks a lot. I was actually asking a follow-up action which I can use for my situation.
