Hi Krishna,

Good to hear that you find solutions from my recommended links.Further please clear me more on your points:

Is it always Raman backup?

Not getting ? Did you mean RMAN backup ?

Does it show me any log in SAP?Since EWA it will shows sap backup was not happened.

Yes during backup you can find logs under DB14 -->BRBACKUP during online backup,DB24 and from DB02 also (As during online backup Tablespace status would be in Active state).

You can also find backup logs from OS level as well under /sapbackup directory.During backup through Symantec backupexce this will create logs under the directory.(will share exact log files after confirming my end).

Can we integrate it to BRTOOLS

Yes we can integrate BRTOOLS with symantec backup tool with the help of scripts provided or installed during client agent installations.Need to modify these standard scripts according to your landscape availability.

Please share the process how you're going with Symantec for taking backup (needs more elaboration on same from your end).

Thanks,

Gaurav
