PO Email Notification

Hi,

Can any one give me the program name that is scheduled to run in R/3 after the PO is released, to send an email notification with the URL to the SUS supplier?

Hello Aakash,

Email notification is sent from SUS. There is customizing in IMG.

Supplier Relationship Management -> Supplier Self-Services -> Master Data -> Make Setting for Business Partners. Default Supplier Data - Email Notification.

Each supplier can set the notification option. IMG provides just default setting.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I have changed the URL at the pace you had pointed out.

I also would like to know the program name that is scheduled, which checks for New POs & Changed POs & mails them as a PO notification mail in R/3

I'm not clear the questions. No scheduled job is required.

Are you talking about ALE related output job ?

Hi Masa,

I am sorry that I haven't given the full info...

This is a MM-SUS scenario..

The moment a PO is released (ALE), a email is also triggered & a notification mail is sent to the Supplier. This is a standard feature for SRM POs as well.

Normally, I guess, this is scheduled report that is set to run every 2 minutes or so..

I just forgot the program's name

Hello Aakash,

I don't remember the IDoc output program. You can set it as transfer IDoc immediately. For email output is RSCONN01. You can schedule it in SCOT transaction.
