Hi,
I am trying to connect the destop application to my Lumira Cloud Account but when I try to do so I get an error message "Check your connections"
Question 1: The user name I have in SAP Sign in is different than my user id. Which one should I use? (I've tried both but I keep having the same issue)
Question 2: Today I 've reseted the password for SAP Sign In. Does it take any time to replicate?
Question 3: If it replicates automatically. Can you please let me know how can I solve the "check your connections" issue?
