Result recording & UD

Hi,

In our firm while entering the result in result recording (QA32) we want to put analysis done by and in User decision also we want text as UD done by.

We don't want SAP user id specific as one ID is been used by multiple users. So we can't track that which result and UD was done by which person.

Please help me.

Hi Sun riser

Results Recording: Use inspection points 100 - Freely defined inspection point in inspection plan. System will pop up new screen to enter the identification number. Use this field as for the person who have done analysis.

UD:When you are giving UD left side of UD there is one Long text field. Check if that meets your requirement. Here in long text you give the person whio have done UD.
