Error BS001 - BAPI QPLEXT_INSPECTION_LOT_CREATE

Dear SAPs,

When I run the BAPI:

QPLEXT_INSPECTION_LOT_CREATE

By T-CODE: SE37, I can generate a lot of control (EV_LOT_NUMBER).

But when we run again the error occurs:

For LCT 0 there is no status object

No message BS001

diagnosis

In an attempt to read the status of an object (LCT 0), a system error occurred: for the number of TM0000000002QL object there is no status object.

Have you implemented any exit like QPAP0001? Debug with help of an Abap consultant.
