Hello Team,
For some of the users in our production system, the email address is not appearing as it is supposed to appear in the PO Forms.
We checked with the sap security team and the roles assigned to those users are the same as that in our quality system.
Also, if those users open a PO which they have created, its showing their email address. But after that all the POs which they open contains their own email address irrespective of who the requisitioner is.
The codes are transferred correctly as this issue is not happening for all the users but only for a bunch of users.
Also, in our quality system, everything is working as expected.
Please let me know if anyone has faced any such issues in the past.

This does not look like a security issue. Please check the Smartform/SAPScript that you have used.

Hi Richa,
Could you please ensure whether the requested users are been maintained their mailid in SU01 Address tab, if not add the user mailid individually in SU01 under Address data tab on field Email.
if already mail id has been existed for users, please check with ABAPer to get your query answered.
please let me know if any issues would occur from SAP SECURITY front..
