Hi Folks,

We  have an issue  which is being shown as Red in Weekly ECC system EWA Report. we have upgraded our ECC to EHP6  few months back.

Even  after regular update of ST PI and ST/API plugins , EWA Report is showing message as

Recommendation:

[Note 12103] Collectors and TCOLL

Planning table TCOLL for SAP workload collectors for 710 (note 966631)

Press the lights icon to get the detailed check log. Add missing entries to table TCOLL using ST03N > Expert Mode > Collector and Performance DB > Performance Monitor Collector > Execution Times. Schedule RSCOLL00 as an hourly batch job if not scheduled.

Please any one  suggest   on how to proceed further.

If we have raise an OSS Message in service marketplace, under which component do we have to raise, Please suggest.

Hi,

You have solution with you just schedule RSCOLL00 as an hourly batch job,after successful schedule you'll get yellow indication on this when you'll run RTCCTOOL again after few hours,this report is used to collect data in background.

For confirmation check job status under SM37.

Also you can set status to green after successful scheduling of RSCOLL00.
