Hi Experts
We are on SRM 7.02 Classic
For a particular user we have maintained the Default Address in Attribute but the same Delivery address is not populating while creating SC.
The Delivery Address is blank.
Any solution?

maintain the delivery address in pposa_bbp settings of user . A user can do the same for his own attributes
Also , Check if the address is maintained as a delivery address in table BUT021_FS and in table ADRC ,
refer NOtes as below
Note 1159732 - External Requirement: ship-to partner number wrong
Note 1310338 - External Requirement: Third party requisition address number
Note 1101215 - External Requirements: Error transfering the hierarchy items
Note 676496 - Incorrect delivery address in third-party order processing

Try creating a business partner with an address detail
Try giving this address number in the attributes of the user. The delivery address will now be picked up.

have a look at below KBA:
1660946 - Default ship-to address field empty in shopping cart.
If it does not solve your problem, check what's happened inside /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~REFRESH method from /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DODM_SHIPTO class by debugging.

I really try to have a hang of it but only get this information from you it is never even easily available online at times ..Whats your secret source of information if I may ask ?

In portal check user settings of that particular using and check what are all the default values maintained for the user from portal point of view.
