error with sap netweaver7.1

HI

   I Got error with sapnwetweaver7.3 , when we try open with browser internet explorer9 with htpp://<hostname>:50000/nwa,  i got the error, first page is diplayed, but when  click on sap netweaver adminitrator option  one error come up browser , attahced screen shots.i triyed with ie8 and ie9 and ie10 browsers, can any one help me to find the solution

What is the status of your Java stack at OS level

jcmon pf=<profile path>

Also please check defaultTrace.trc under <Instance folder>j2ee/cluster/server0/log. Paste the log so that we can also have a look.
