solar02 document list for configuration tab

we have one project with around 300 business process, there are various nodes and sub nodes, for each node, in solar02, there is one tab called " configuration", consultants put configuration document (document naming convention COND_01-****.doc, for example) under this tab.

there are around 1000 subnodes, some has no configuation document attached to the "configuration" tab in solar02. so how to pull and export all those documents start with "COND****.doc" in solar02?  if not possible, is there any way to find out where are all "COND***.doc? inside which subnode

any table we can use for search? thanks

Hi Robin,

You may also generate one single document that will include all of these.

Go to Menu - Generate Configuration document.

Hi Robin,

As per your query you cannot import, you have to manually add documents for each process and subprocess.

You can also check solar_eval tcode to where config docs are present and also for consistency you can select Document row in configuration tab and can check via where used button.

I want to do batch download for some document type, for example functional spec. instead of  finding where it is, then download one by one, how to do?
