How to delete the workitem of UWL ?

HI，experts

     For a certain seasons,  some workitems stay in the UWL that actually are no longer useful.  the users don't want to them to appear in UWL.

     What method can be used to remove these workitems?

Hello Jianxin,

which kind of workitems do you want to delete?

Task, notification, alert?

For task, you can use SWWL transaction.

For notification, alert, user can delete them himself in his UWL or through SBWP transaction.

Hi,

In backend check the table SWWUSERWI. This table has got users work item details. You can make the work item inactive in from this table. Then it will got remove from the UWL
