EWA report emailing

Hi,

I want to configure SAP EWA report emailing from Solution Manager 7.1 SPS8.

I have configured the same and i am receiving the email. The EWA report is contained in the body of the email, but where as i wanted the EWA report to be attached as a pdf or a word document.

It is not possible to attach the EWA as a .PDF on the e-mail.

Read "1838021 - Send by e-mail EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) as an attached document":

Resolution
EarlyWatch Alerts cannot be sent as an attachment. The current method of including all the details in the e-mail body is working as designed.

Hi Balaji,

Go to solman system -> SCOT-> Internet -> SMTP -> internet set -> output format for SAP document column -> SAP Script /smart forms option select pdf . now you will get the EWA mail with attached pdf details.

In SCOT, the setting is already setup as specified by you. But i did not get as a pdf document.

Try it for ABAP List , Business Object/Link and RAW Text option and check it.

Hello,

Please run solman_workcenter goto SAP Engagement and Service delivery choose from left menu reports than choose Ealry watch alert there you will see EWA as HTML page or word doc.

I am aware of this. I want to setup the sytem to automatically email a pdf or word document.

Please advoce of how i can set this up
