Attachment to maintenance plan and maintenance order

Dear Gurus,

On t-code IP02, path System > Service for object, I can attach files into my maintenance plan and I would like to know whether it's possible when plan to generate a new Order this file coming up automatically together as attached file into Order.

Hi Wagner,

It is like this.

You go to the Planning tab of the Maintenance Order and double click on the Maintenance Plan  field.

You are there in the Plan screen (IP03) and the document is available in GOS.

After viewing just click the Back  arrow and your are back in the Order screen.

Wagner Silva,

In the SAP standard system the Service for Object attachments are not copied to subsequence documents e.g. task list to order or plan to order.

However, you can easily develop a solution to perform this function.

From task list, you can get the attachments to order. But not from Maintenance plan to order.
