Help - XI Erros

We are new to XI and a consultant set up out adapters and our XI information. We are getting the following error and don't know where to look to fix it. The consultant who did this is not available now and we need to get this fixed asap.

We are setting up SAP's SCM-ICH and are using the standard mappings. We had a consultant log in remotely and he changed some of our configuration files. I was not here so I don't know what was done. All I know is that was working on Thursday is not working now.I am just trying to figure out what would cause this error.
