srm confirmation outbound idoc

there is outbound idoc in SRM , when confirmation is created this idoc is created to ECC

basic type - MBGMCR01
message type - MBGMCR

how to find outbound function module which created this idoc ? populates data, segments of this idoc ?

BBP_PD_PO_ENTER_FINAL_ENTRY FM

BBP_GET_STATUS_2 is the report which updates the ERP Documents in the Follow On Documents of SRM  Document.

Table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB is also updated that then serves as input for CLEAN_REQREQ_UP to re-update the SRM PO and replicate the changes to the backend ERP system.

Also analyse BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE:    

Confirmation transfer between SRM and ECC is managed by BBP_PD_CONF_TRANSFER function module In include LBBP_PDF0B, entry sheet are managed by SPOOL_ES_CANCEL and SPOOL_ES_CREATE, whereas for GR, it is IDOC_GR_CREATE module function.Regarding GR, you will have to use a specific FM to manage CUF transfer.

This FM will be called by META_GOODSMVT_CREATE FM through BAdI definition name BBP_DRIVER_DETERMINE.It will be a copy of corresponding FM from BBP_FUNCTION_MAP table.

BBP_ALE_GOODSMVT_CREATE FM is also used for transfer

I am not sure on exactly  but doing hit and trial on these would solve the purpose

Hello Bhakti,

have a look at below message:

Know if a GR is created from SRM or ECC

To get information about IDoc types, use WE60 transaction.
