Unable to save MA in CLM after importing line item details

Hi Experts,

We are seeing below error message as in attached image while we are saving master agreement in CLM. We request suggestions for fixing this issue.

We followed below steps for importing line items.

1) We have prepared our own import file manually

2) Picked up an existing MA. Deleted all existing line items and groups from that MA. After that MA saved with out any issues

3) Imported line item details by using import file that has been prepared in step #1

4) Data imported into MA screen successfully. No messages seen while importing data.

5) Tried to save MA. Error as in below screen shot appeared and data not saved.

By any chance do you have scripts configured in the system for Master Agreements?  If yes check to see if there is some issue with that. (diable the script(s) and try again) If not you should turn on debug logging and check the application log after the error occurs it should provide more detailed information.
