SAP Standard Job RMCSBWSETUPDELETE is running but finishing

Hi Experts,

SAP Standard Job RMCSBWSETUPDELETE  is running but not finishing and we are manually cancelling the job and this is happening after system refresh ,

ENV: SAP ECC6.0 EHP6

Can any one provide a solution ?

Sorry for typo.

Yes your correct , But when i run it is running running running  and not finishing , so manually i cancelled and there is no logs SM21 and any where in the system.

we have tried couple of times but  it is not finishing and keep on running for long hours.

Have you checked in SLG1 if there are any messages ?

Is the SAP work process running that job doing something in SM50 ?

Check the workprocess detailed log.

Find in the variant the application the batch it is supposed to delete.

You can then try to run the deletion online through transaction LBWG (that calls RMCSBWSETUPDELETE) and see what is going wrong

Hi

This is not a 'standard job'.

It is a report (RMCSBWSETUPDELETE) that has been submitted in batch in order to delete setup queues for BW extractions.

You need to investigate why it is failing, at first by looking at the application targeted by the job variant.
